Our donation program is designed to help uplift organizations that are making a positive impact, especially those focused on youth, education, wellness, and community development.

How It Works:

• Our donation program runs on a fiscal quarterly basis.

• We donate to one non profit organization per quarter.

• Each selected organization will receive a maximum of $250 worth of product from Chubby Cheeks Iceys.

 

Due to the high volume of requests we receive and our commitment to providing meaningful support, our donation slots tend to fill up quickly.

 

For Future Opportunities:

We kindly ask that organizations submit donation requests at least 3–6 months in advance of their event or initiative. This helps us plan accordingly and ensures we can support causes that align with our mission.

Required Tax Documentation for Donations

1. IRS 501(c)(3) Determination Letter
   This confirms the organization is a registered nonprofit and eligible to receive tax-deductible donations.

2. W-9 Form
   This form provides the organization’s legal name, address, and taxpayer identification number (TIN). 

3. Donation Receipt or Letter of Acknowledgment
   A letter on the organization’s letterhead confirming the date and value of the donation. It should include:

   • A description of the donated items or services (e.g., "$250 worth of frozen treats")

   • A statement that no goods or services were provided in return (if applicable)

   • The organization’s EIN (Employer Identification Number)
